Dear Suki I couldn't care less, what the review says about your great food. Because I agree, the food is great and very delicious. But as of yesterday, I couldn't care less about the *** that you are. Why you ask? Well as for starters: when I went to your restroom: *the doorknob was sticky with some oily fluid(which I sincerely hope was oil); *the sink was full of blood, I can only assume that it was coughed up blood since the blood manifested as red blots covered in some viscous fluid, alike to the coughings of a TB-patient. *the top of your pissoir was ALSO covered in what seems like sprayed blots of blood; Pardon me if I missed some things, for I was too busy obsessively thinking about aforementioned sticky doorknob which I touched. To make matters worse, when I informed the "nice" lady about the blood that was in the customers restroom, she replied with:"ah I have no time, I'm sure it's fine". Upon further insisting; she take a look at it, her reply was the following:" ah but I see no person here bleeding, no problem, no problem, if there is a problem we can just call the police". After realizing I was either talking to a denying shopkeeper or a complete moron, I went back to my seat. The lady went on about serving people, whilst I kept wondering why she doesn't check her restroom, there are other customers here who might not want to be contaminated with someone else's coughed up blood, oh and did I mention that the cooks and the customers share the same and only restroom? When we left to pay; I urged (following the advice of the girlfriend and a friend, the lady to really take a look at it since it is unhygienic, to leave it like it was, was in no way acceptable for any establishment serving food. The conversation went as follows: lady:" you want me to check??" me: nod lady:" now ??" me:"yes please". She scurried down the stairs and before I managed to go down there with her, she was already out of the toilet saying:" no blood, is gone, maybe my friends made it, but they cleaned it, so it's ok, it's ok!" (since when is blood just "ok", further: since when is blood any more "ok" when it comes from friends than when it comes from complete strangers??[which her friends were to me]). My thoughts were vocalized by the girlfriend and my friend (gotta love girls for that), the lady was promptly told that it is unacceptable. Following the allied machine gun fire; the lady rattled on about: "but is probably kids for halloween, is fine, is fine"; "it was friends" "there is no one hurt here, look" (hand motion towards their customers). We paid and left, the lady did not count the money nor did she say goodbye. I have eaten all over the world, in veritable "shitholes" or poor parts of town, I have eaten on the street next to garbage dumps while waiting, but even the poorest shop owners, knew that they had to keep their shop clean, specially when it comes to bodily fluids, to be blunt even a mad dog knows that it needs to be clean, it's one of the basics, but the suki probably doesn't feel the need to think of the basics. The least they could do is inform the customer that there might be blood in their food, or to tell them to use the restroom of the McDonalds, which is infinitely cleaner.
Disgusting.
